All domestic orders placed on le-trench.com are shipped UPS Ground (7-10 business days) at a flat rate of $14.95. A signature may be required.

The combined state and local sales tax rate consists of the state sales tax rate, plus the applicable rate of sales tax imposed by the local jurisdiction (city, county, and school district). In addition, the state imposes an additional sales tax in those localities that are within the Metropolitan Commuter Transportation District (MCTD). The MCTD is composed of New York City (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens, and Richmond counties), and the counties of Dutchess, Nassau, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Suffolk, and Westchester. The local tax rates vary by jurisdiction and by the items or services sold.
Returns and Exchanges
All products offered by le-trench.com carry a 14-day (from date of receipt of order) return policy. For items returned for refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact le-trench.com by email before returning or exchanging an item to obtain a return authorization number. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging, with tags intact in order to receive credit for cost of product excluding shipping charges.
